Grüne Spargelpfanne mit Parmaschinken

Spargelpfanne mit Parmaschinken, Kirschtomaten und Parmesan

Zubereitungszeit: 10 Minuten

Für 4 Portionen:

2 Packungen „Gelbe Karotten mit grünem Spargel

200 g Kirschtomaten

8 Scheiben Parmaschinken

100 g Parmesan

¼ Bund Basilikum


Utensilien: 1 Pfanne, 1 Sparschäler

Zubereitung:

1. Kirschtomaten waschen, halbieren und Strunk entfernen.

2. Spargelgemüse nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten. Nach 5 Minuten Zubereitungszeit die Kirschtomaten zugeben und schwenken.

3. Gemüse auf einem vorgewärmten Teller anrichten und je Portionen 2 Scheiben Parmaschinken dazugeben. Mit frisch gehobeltem Parmesan und Basilikum servieren.

Tipp: Dazu empfehlen wir frisch geröstetes Knoblauchbrot.
