Erfrischend lecker und so einfach!

Erbsenpüree

Für 2 Portionen:

1/2 Packung „Bio Junge Erbsen“

1 Kartoffel, mehlig kochend

1/2 Bund Minze

1/2 Zitrone

Salz

Lecker dazu:

1 Packung „Fischstäbchen“

Utensilien: 1 Kochtopf, 1 Mixer

 

Zubereitung: 

1. Kartoffel klein würfeln und mit den Erbsen ca. 5 Minuten in Salzwasser blanchieren. Danach das Kochwasser abgießen, mit dem Saft einer halben Zitrone vermischen und abkühlen lassen.

2. Das Erbsen-Kartoffel Gemisch gemeinsam mit 10 - 20 frischen Minzblättern (je nach Geschmack) in einen Mixer geben und grob mixen. Mit Salz abschmecken.
