Rote-Bete-Süßkartoffel Bowl mit Mangold und Hummus

Zubereitungszeit: 15 Minuten

Für 2 Portionen:

1          Beutel FRoSTA Gemüse Pfanne mit Rote Bete und Süßkartoffeln
2          Stangen Mangold
2 EL     Hummus
½         Avocado
2½ EL  Pflanzenöl
40 g     Walnüsse (geröstet)

 

Utensilien: Schneidebrett, Messer, Pfanne, Gummispatel

 

Zubereitung: 

1. Mangold teilen und den Stamm abschneiden. Die Blätter in dünne Streifen schneiden. Die Avocado in dünne Scheiben schneiden.

2. Etwas des Pflanzenöls bei hoher Hitze in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Mangoldblätter hinzugeben und für ca. 3 min. anbraten.

3. Das restliche Pflanzenöl und die FRoSTA Gemüse Pfanne mit Rote Bete und Süßkartoffeln zum Mangold dazugeben und nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten.

4. Das Gemüse zusammen mit Avocado, Hummus und Walnüssen in einer Schüssel servieren. Guten Appetit!
